Empowering Diverse Minds. Building Inclusive Futures.
At Cattarin Cohort, we offer professional advisory and educational services for businesses, alongside support services for individuals navigating neurodiversity, LGBTQIA+, hidden disabilities, and chronic illness. Our goal is to create inclusive spaces where underrepresented voices can thrive. Whether you're an individual seeking community, resources, and guidance, or a business aiming to foster diversity and inclusivity, we’re here to help.
What We Do:
-
For Businesses:
We help build inclusive, diverse workplaces through tailored training, DEI strategy and advisory support. With specialist expertise in accessibility accommodations, workplace design, leadership training, and inclusive recruitment practices that promote long-term growth and success of diverse teams.
-
For Individuals:
We provide resources and tailored support to help you navigate challenges related to neurodivergence, disability, and identity. Our services include training, mentoring, community-driven collaboration spaces, and personal development to empower you for success in both career and life.
-
Bridging the Gap:
Our unique approach connects businesses with diverse talent and equips individuals with the tools they need to thrive. We support career development and offer vetted businesses access to Cohort-trained candidates, creating lasting partnerships that drive inclusivity and growth.
Inspired by the personal experience of our founder, Leah Cattarin—who has spent two decades in the construction industry as a neurodivergent, queer, non-binary individual with hidden disabilities and chronic illness—we deeply understand the unique challenges faced by our communities. We're passionate about creating real, lasting change for both individuals and businesses.

Community, Connection, & Country
Cattarin Cohort respectfully acknowledges the Wangal people as the Traditional Custodians of the Burramattagal lands on which we operate. We honour their enduring connection to these waterways and landscapes, recognising the resilience and knowledge that continue to shape this land. We are committed to building inclusive spaces that reflect this spirit of community and support, with respect to Elders of past, present, and those to come.
