Subscriptions Subscription Details By subscribing as a CohortChampion, you will be charged $10 per month. This amount is billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis, at the locked-in rate as long as your subscription remains continuous. You may cancel anytime via your account settings, and access will continue until the end of the billing period. Fair Representation and Safety in Media Recordings I.Representation: •Cattarin Cohort commit to using recorded media in a manner that is respectful, inclusive, and protects the participants dignity and privacy. All Content will be used fairly, appropriately, and in line with media guidelines and ethical standards. II.Comfort and Reporting: •Cattarin Cohort is committed to the comfort and well-being of all participants. We understand that some individuals, particularly those who are neurodivergent, may find it difficult to express discomfort directly. To support this, we encourage both verbal and non-verbal signals to communicate any need for a break. If you use any of the signals below, production will pause immediately without question. •Non-Verbal Signals: •“Timeout” Hand gesture to signal the need for a pause/break •“Thumbs Down” or “Head shake” to signal Stop/No •“Thumbs Up” or “Head nod” to signal Ok/Yes •Verbal Signals: •“Recalibrate” = Feeling overwhelmed, give me a second to regroup/regulate •“I’m out of spoons” = Todays energy has been depleted, lets pick the back up another day •Immediate Response: Once a signal is received, production will pause immediately. Leah Cattarin, the Director, will check in to ensure your safety and comfort before making necessary adjustments. If a verbal shutdown is suspected, we will reduce sensory stimuli (lighting, sound, temperature) to create a calm environment. Leah will remain present to provide support, allowing you to recover at your own pace.
Dispute Resolution I.In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement, the parties must first attempt to resolve the dispute by mediation administered by the Australian Disputes Centre (ADC). If the dispute is not resolved within 28 days of the referral to mediation, the parties must submit the dispute to arbitration administered by the ADC in accordance with its arbitration rules.
Return Policy As our services primarily consist of digital products, training sessions, and advisory consultations, we generally do not offer refunds. However: 1.Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final unless the product is defective or inaccessible.
